For many years Summer Isles Foods has been smoking cheese but customers kept asking what other cheeses they could order and, with a wealth of small craft cheese producers in Scotland, you can now select from a fine range of Scottish cheeses. Be aware though some of the specialist cheeses may not be available all the time. Sheep, goats and some organic cow herds may not be able to produce milk or cheese all year round and some of the smaller producers do get sold out of suitably mature cheeses.
With so many cheeses to choose from, you could really have a cheese board to envy! Cheese portions are between 100-200g.
