Cured and smoked meats were actually the first products made at the Achiltibuie Smokehouse and the original recipe for curing and smoking developed in the early years is still maintain so you can be sure the quality is the same. For light salad lunches, picnics or starters for evening meals nothing beats smoked meats with a good oatcake or two.
