The folk at the Great Taste Awards appreciate our efforts to produce fine Smoked produce and awarded a ‘silver’ for our Organic Smoked Salmon. Not to be outdone the Smoked Mackerel collected a silver award too. If you haven't tried them yet, do give both a go now.
